5. Items in BLUE represent the same items from last year. Items you add for 2026 will appear in WHITE.

6. Please review your information before clicking "REVIEW AND SUBMIT" to submit the filing to the Assessor's Office.

7. Selecting the "Start Over" will clear all changes made including name/address changes.
